Instagram revealed today that it has added a new feature called Question Stickers that gives users a new way to ask and receive questions from followers, so you can get to know each other better.
Adding Question Stickers is just as easy as adding a poll, GIF, or music to your story.
Add a question sticker to your story by selecting it from the sticker tray after taking a photo or video. Type out your prompt then place it wherever you’d like and share it to your story.
When friends see the sticker, they can tap it to reply — and they can reply as many times as they want, right from the sticker.
Replying to a question sticker is different than sending a DM though.
Responses are shown in the story’s viewer list. You can then answer which questions you want by tapping them to create a new story.
The question and your answer then appear in the next story. The username and photo of the person’s question you’re answering are kept private from other followers.
You can find your friends’ responses in your story’s viewers list. Tap any question they’ve asked to create a new story where you can answer it, and the question you’re answering will appear on your story for context.

The questions sticker is available as part of Instagram version 52 on iOS and Android.
